About Us
Who are the Design&Align Team?
Design & Align Kitchens is a family-run business creating and delivering bespoke German kitchens perfectly tailored to each individual and their home. Owned by a husband-and-wife team, Matt and Jodie Geden, both have worked in the kitchen industry long term, Matt as a kitchen installer and Jodie as a designer:
Matt Geden
Beginning his career as an Artist, and with a degree in Fine Art, Matt later moved into kitchen fitting where he worked in many different scenarios around the country; This included fitting a wide array of different kitchen brands as well as independent fittings for very high-end kitchen retailers.
Matt’s background brings invaluable experience to each new kitchen concept by Design & Align. His attention to detail is second to none and he will always assess each design to ensure it gives the look clients want, whilst also making sure it will work for the space. If Matt has an alternative idea or suggestion for how to do something he will always suggest it. It is this outlook which largely contributes to the very creative and unique winning kitchen concepts we continue to come up with.
Jodie Geden
Like Matt, Jodie also has a degree in Fine Art, which lends itself well to kitchen design as she is very visual and has a natural appreciation of colours and styles, including what goes – and just as important – what doesn’t! Having started out over 12 years ago as a trainee CAD Designer, Jodie quickly advanced in the kitchen industry, and later moved into a corporate setting for a well-known kitchen franchise. Here, she was responsible for designing the layouts of their many showroom locations as well as for popular trade shows such as ‘Grand Designs.’ Jodie later became a Sales Designer for residential kitchens, and now with her own business, she continues to delight in transforming people’s kitchens to give them a lasting kitchen they’ll love!

A friendly, professional team, both Matt and Jodie will always go above and beyond to deliver your dream kitchen! Happy to travel, they have experience of working nationally, but most of their projects are local to Leamington Spa and surrounding areas including Coventry, Warwick, Redditch, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Rugby, Kenilworth, Banbury, and more.

Type our Design & Align postcode into Google Maps and we are easy to find, located just off the main road along a farm track. Very picturesque, along this route you will come to a beautiful, converted barn which is where our showroom is. There is plenty of free parking right outside, and our friendly team will be ready to welcome you to discuss your project.
